Privacy Policy

Slideshow Maker ("the app") turns your photos and videos into slideshows. This policy explains what data the app handles and why.

Your photos and videos stay on your device

Slideshows are created and rendered entirely on your iPhone. Your photos and videos are never uploaded to our servers.

What we collect

• Anonymous identifiers — a random user and device identifier so the app can remember your settings and subscription across launches and reinstalls.
• Usage analytics — anonymous events (e.g. "slideshow exported", "theme selected") and session information, processed on our own infrastructure. We use this to improve the app.
• Purchase state — your subscription status, validated with Apple, so Premium features unlock on all your devices.
• Crash and performance diagnostics — provided by Apple's MetricKit when you have sharing enabled in iOS settings.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and the app contains no third-party advertising.
• We do not read your contacts, location, or messages.

AI music

When you generate a soundtrack, your chosen genre or text prompt and the requested duration are sent to our music-generation partner (Mubert) to create the track. No photos or personal identifiers are included in these requests.

Third-party content services

If you search stock photos (Unsplash) or GIFs and stickers (GIPHY), your search terms are sent to those services to return results, subject to their own privacy policies.

Payments

All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We never see your payment details.

Data deletion

Deleting the app removes your projects from your device. To request deletion of your anonymous analytics record, contact us with the ID shown in the app's settings.
