You keep all rights to the photos, videos and slideshows you create. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use. Music generated in the app may be used in your personal and social videos.
Slideshow Maker Premium
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) purchased through your Apple App Store account.
Some plans include a free trial. You can also be offered introductory or promotional pricing (for example, a discounted first month or first year); after the offer period the subscription renews at the standard price of the plan you chose.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Fair use
Don't use the app to create unlawful content, and don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or disrupt the service. AI music generation is subject to fair-usage limits.
Warranty & liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app.
